Last updated: 25 August 2026
This policy describes the data processed by the current NLB website. It is a working policy draft and should be reviewed by an authorised NLB representative or qualified legal adviser before paid events are launched.
1. Who we are
NLB Community is a fitness community based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. Our website is nlbuk.com. For privacy requests, contact info@nlbuk.com.
2. Information we collect

| Paid ticket checkout | Stripe processes payment details. NLB may receive ticket, transaction, event, amount, currency, payment-status and customer-email information needed to fulfil the booking. | To process and administer paid bookings. |
3. How we use information
We use information to manage registrations and bookings, communicate practical changes, respond to coaching enquiries, maintain community safety, and meet record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information or publish attendee details. Marketing messages should only be sent where NLB has a suitable lawful basis and provides a clear opt-out.
4. Where information is stored
Website forms are handled by NLB’s Hostinger-hosted application and stored in its private registration database. Join NLB records are also appended to an access-restricted NLB Google Sheet through a private n8n workflow. Paid checkout is hosted by Stripe; card details do not pass through the NLB website. Google, Hostinger and Stripe process data under their own terms and privacy policies: Google, Hostinger, and Stripe.
5. Retention and security
NLB intends to keep registration and enquiry records for no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required for a legitimate operational or legal reason. The Google Sheets used for these records must remain access-restricted to authorised NLB staff and the service account. NLB should review and delete expired records on a documented schedule.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your data, or object to certain processing. Contact info@nlbuk.com. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
7. Website technologies
The website uses local browser storage only to remember whether the optional Join NLB welcome prompt has been dismissed. Google Fonts and links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Maps and Stripe are third-party services with their own privacy practices.
8. Changes
NLB may update this policy when its services or processing changes. The current version will be published on this page.
